PostgreSQL Reference Manual
This book is part of the official documentation of PostgreSQL. It is written by the PostgreSQL developers and other volunteers in parallel to the development of the PostgreSQL software. It describes all the functionality that the current version of PostgreSQL officially supports. PostgreSQL Reference Manual Volume 2: Programming Guide
PostgreSQL (pronounced “Postgres-Q-L”) is a powerful database system with a long history, going back over 20 years to the postgres project at the University of California at Berkeley. Today it provides a high level of conformance with the ANSI-SQL 92/99 standards and is fully ACID compliant. DB2
Information about db2 databases and Structured Query Language. SQL Tutorial
The Structured Query Language is used in manipulating data stored in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). SQL provides commands through which data can be extracted, sorted, updated, deleted and inserted. SQL has the full support of ANSI (American National Standards Institute), which has laid down certain rules for the language.
SQL can be used with any RDBMS such as MySQL, mSQL, PostgresSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Sybase, Ingres etc. All the important and common SQL statements are supported by these RDBMS, however, each has its own set of proprietary statements and extensions. Master Web Designers

Protecting historical records in the APNIC Whois Database
To ensure the integrity of information in the APNIC Whois Database, on 14 December 2004, the maintainer of all historical resources in the APNIC Whois Database was changed to the APNIC-HM maintainer. APNIC will not update historical information in the APNIC Whois Database until the resource holder can prove the organisation's right to the resources and has a formal agreement with APNIC as a member or non-member account holder. For more information see: Database Fundamentals
Databases are designed to offer an organized mechanism for storing, managing and retrieving information. They do so through the use of tables. If you’re familiar with spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel, you’re probably already accustomed to storing data in tabular form. It’s not much of a stretch to make the leap from spreadsheets to databases. Special Needs Database
The database includes profiles on over 4,000 organizations that provide services to families. Most of our service provider data is included in the online database. We will be adding several hundred more resources to the database during the next few months. Resource information is included on advocacy, early intervention, diagnostic and evaluation, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, child care centers, respite care, medicaid, education, counseling, support groups, camps, vocational services and many other resources.
